A South Jersey Wedding

Kaitlyn & Ed

South Jersey Wedding Photographer

By the time Kaitlyn and Ed’s wedding day came, I felt really excited for them as if one of my friends were getting married. I originally met Kaitlyn at a South Jersey Starbucks and I honestly felt like I knew her already. Then, I did a newborn photo session and a little family session for them prior to the big day. I found myself so emotional during their  big day day. I think because I relate so much with my own little blended family becoming “one” next year. They have two cutest little girls and their families are so close. It was a great day!

Being from Brigantine myself, I loved doing the girls’ “getting ready” photos there!

Kaitlyn's Wedding Day

I love big bridal parties. This bride and groom have a big family and lots of friends! It was a fun day to be surrounded by so many people.

The flower girls were so cute.

Kaitlyn wanted lots of adorable pictures with her little girls! And.. Daddy got his big girl a special gift. It was so sweet.

Meanwhile…the men were getting ready over in Marmora, NJ.

They were so much fun!

The Carriage House really is a stunning venue. I was so excited Kaitlyn decided to put her dress on at the venue because the bridal suite was beautiful. And what a dress it was! Fit for a princess.

Dress: Demetrios
Shoes: Betsey Johnson (Macys)
Flowers: Addie Rose Florals

And for the guys… a champagne toast.

This bride and groom opted for a “First Look” before the ceremony and I love that. Not only does it give them time to themselves before the busy-ness, but it allows so much more time for portraits!

They were truly so happy to see each other…

They are such a beautiful little family!

Do you think they like each other a little bit? Ugh…their smiles when they look at each other was everything I need on my wedding day. I loved the colors, the lights and flowers. It was such a romantic, sparkly wedding.

The reception started off with a first dance that included their two girls. It was so sweet. Then, there was the parent dances. There were a few happy tears.. from them and maybe me.

The cake was incredible! They had so many flavors. Including, yep.. Funfetti.

Cake: Luscious and Sweet

Kaitlyn and Ed’s South Jersey wedding was a night to remember. I truly wish you both a happily ever after. With such a tight knit family and your parents as relationship role models.. I know you’re in good hands. As well as those beautiful babies!

Cheers!
